QWIK Mobile Notary Public respects your privacy. This website collects only the information you choose to send through the contact form, by text or by email: your name, phone number, email address and a description of what you need notarized. That information is used solely to schedule and confirm your appointment and is transmitted to us by email. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Texas law requires a notary to keep a record book of each notarial act — the date, the type of act, the signer’s name and how the signer was identified — and, for online notarizations, an audio-video recording retained for at least five years. Those records are kept as the Texas Government Code requires and are not used for marketing.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit for security and performance. Embedded third-party services, such as Google Fonts or a map, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
