A Texas notary commission is valid anywhere in Texas and nowhere else, so our service area is El Paso County: the city of El Paso from the Westside and the Upper Valley to the Far East and Montana Vista, Fort Bliss and the Northeast, Central and Downtown, the Lower Valley, and the towns down the valley — Socorro, Horizon City, San Elizario, Clint, Fabens and Tornillo — plus Canutillo, Vinton and Anthony to the north. We regularly notarize at University Medical Center, the Providence and Las Palmas Del Sol hospital campuses, nursing homes and hospices, the El Paso County Detention Facility and the Jail Annex, and at title companies across the city.
We cannot notarize in New Mexico. Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Chaparral and Las Cruces are a few minutes away but outside our commission; if your signer is there, we can offer a Texas remote online notarization when the recipient accepts it, or you can meet us at a Texas address. Anthony, Texas — on the state line — is in.
